My goal as a professional has always been to find a way to enjoy life first, and work second. Twenty-five years ago I began buying and selling houses in order to finance my main passions: surfing, sailing, and generally playing in the ocean. I eventually got my Broker's license and helped to build Pacific Beach Properties from concept to design.
Now, having sold the business, I am content as a semi-retired Broker Associate in the Sales Department. This frees up my time so that I can be on the water, living my passions, and allows me to give my clients and customers 110% of my energy and attention.
I see myself spending the remainder of life helping people find their dream home or helping them manage their real estate investments. Having achieved my dreams, it now becomes my path to help others make their dreams come true. Some of us have bought and sold a dozen homes and it's no big deal. To others it's a life-changing milestone.
Whatever the case may be, helping buyers and sellers reach their financial goals and dreams is the reason why I became a surfer real estate broker. The irony of the story is that we really never own anything... We just have it for the time we occupy the earth and then it gets passed down to the next deed holder who hopefully will seek the evolution of life, profits, and hopefully reach their own goals in life... the question to you is...
